About My Biography

Leoncie Uwingeneye is an Information Technology professional at CS Njema Ltd, a company pioneering innovative and sustainable wastewater treatment solutions in Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology.
Before joining CS Njema, Leoncie worked as a Product Designer at Innov8 Pod, where she contributed to the design and development of various digital projects, applying her expertise in user experience, system analysis, and problem-solving to create impactful technology-driven solutions.
Leoncie is also a certified ALX Ventures graduate, a program designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with practical innovation and business development skills. Through this program, she gained experience in validating problem-solving ideas, developing and refining prototypes, and launching them to real users , reaffirming her motivation for entrepreneurship and innovation in technology.
With a strong foundation in IT, design thinking, and innovation, Leoncie continues to contribute to CS Njema’s mission of promoting sustainability through technology and creative problem-solving.
