Justin is an accomplished System Engineer and Certified Information Security Expert with over a decade of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and digital systems integration. He has built a strong track record of securing organizational assets, optimizing IT infrastructures, and leading technology-driven innovation across various industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Bharathidasan University, India, He holds multiple international certifications and professional training credentials, including Certified Information Security Expert (CISE), Certified Information Security Level 2 (CISP), Completion of Cyber Security course from ISC2 and AI and Career Empowerment from the University of Maryland. He has also completed specialized workshops on Cloud Computing at Periyar Maniammai University and on Software Freedom organized by the Ministry of Earth Science, India, in collaboration with Asan Memorial College of Engineering.
Justin’s professional expertise covers cyber defense, ethical hacking, system architecture, and digital transformation leadership, underpinned by a deep commitment to data protection, operational efficiency, and cyber resilience.
He currently serves as a System Engineer at CS NJEMA Ltd, where he oversees system operations, system design, providing technical expertise, and IT optimization. Previously, he served as Information Security Officer at High Security Company Ltd, leading major security installations, vulnerability assessments, and capacity-building initiatives for clients and teams.
Beyond his professional roles, Justin is the visionary behind the Africa Digital Empire Project (ongoing), an initiative uniting cybersecurity professional across Africa to protect the continent’s digital assets and advance technological sovereignty through collaboration and innovation.
